PCM guy here but my sister is doing NEET and I got dragged into this at dinner 😂 The "fight or flight" list that she makes me recite: pupils dilate, hair stands up (piloerection), sweating, heart beats faster and harder, breathing rate up, and the body breaks down glycogen to get more glucose, plus fat and protein breakdown. Basically the body is going into "run from the tiger" mode and nobody is thinking about digestion. Adrenaline is what you feel before a mock test and I have a lot of it.

Use the formula, bro. Take $\vec B$ out of the page (+z) and a positive charge moving in +x. $\vec v\times\vec B = \hat{x}\times\hat{z} = -\hat{y}$. Force on the positive charge is in $-y$, so it turns toward the right-hand side of its motion, i.e. clockwise as you look at the page. A negative charge feels the opposite force, so it turns anticlockwise. I always do this one cross product rather than trying to remember.
